I knew I wanted to explore compound angled joinery with this bench, So After some initial leg design sketches, i quickly jumped into cad to explore design directions.

mORTICEs & tenons
angled off cuts were used as stops to get precise mortices for the leg assembly, which were then joined together with custom tenons.
Template Making
Lazer CUt router Templates allowed for consistent precision When Shaping the legs and SEat Cutouts.
Patch Fix
A Minor Routing Error created the opportunity to experiment with adding a seamlessly fitting Patch.
